Delivery Costs

  • Where possible, we will try to arrange delivery by an SIS employee.
  • All other deliveries will be made by Courier (signed for service).

Product Availability

We understand the importance of having the products you need readily available for your projects. That’s why we make every effort to keep our extensive range of products in stock. In the rare instance that an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the expected availability date and work to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Once we receive the required items, we will ship them to you via next-day delivery. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date and give you the option to cancel the order or wait for the goods.

We believe in keeping our customers informed and providing them with exceptional service, so you can trust us to keep you up to date on the availability of your desired products. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Survey Instrument Services. If you wish to return any product, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for any items that are returned to us unused, undamaged, and in fully resaleable condition within 10 working days of receipt by the customer. Please note that the cost of returning any non-faulty items will be the responsibility of the customer.

If any goods are returned to us and are damaged due to poor packing on the customer’s part, the customer will be responsible for the damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge if goods are returned after 10 working days or not in fully resaleable condition. We recommend that you retain proof of postage from the Post Office until we have confirmed receipt of your returned items.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on software once payment has been received. Once we have received your returned items, refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase within 5 working days.
